This company refunded a check from an affiliate to me and when the check was deposited in the bank, there were no funds as the company had cancelled the checkIn turn, my bank charged me $for insufficient funds on that check and this happened back in June and as of today's date the check iao $has not been refunded to me I decided to call and check status and the owner Mercedes got on the call and she said I should be ashamed of myself and stated they should not give me any money as it was not their faultI had to deal with this lady before because I wanted to cancel some policies with her company and she yelled at me and was rude, unprofessional and very demandingShe called back the next day to apologize and continue with her rantUntil this day she is obnoxious, intolerable and very repugnant to even talk to I demand my check for $as they continue to say they will send it and it never gets sent out
