I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I received a refund. Note: One reason I received a refund was because we had no
prior signed contract stating that I could not receive a refund. And the Terms and Conditions that were expressed on the website only specified that the "administration fee" was not refundable so in that regard I was entitled to a full refund
