[redacted] came into the studio to terminate his membership. He was very rude with the staff, and did not act as a respectable human being. He threw paper at our staff and called one of our employees, and I quote [redacted], "[redacted] This behavior is unacceptable, and as policy states,...

there is a 30 day cancellation policy for every OTF membership, therefore, [redacted] will receive one final billing, then his membership will be terminated according to policy. I hope you at the Revdex.com are wise enough to see when someone is acting completely out of line, and when there is a real cause for a complaint. In this case, [redacted] has no right to contact the Revdex.com and is luck we did not phone the police due to his behavior. I have a copy of the cancellation form to verify the 30 day cancellation notice if you wish to view the document.

I would like to just close this out.  I believe the orange theoryorganization will not change and therefore this will simply result in backand forth communication that will ultimately be unproductive.  There doesnot seem to be an option on the website to 'give up' so please advise.

I am rejecting this response because:  i called this business and emailed on several occasions to request cancellations. They refused to mail, email or in any way accommodate the request.  They insisted that I be there in person to cancel. I requested to speak with a manager and was told they were not available.  I requested a call from the manager and received no such call or response. As I travel for business and recently moved going to the facility was a significant inconvenience, but they refused to accomdate any other solution. So, I drove three hours to go there in person to sign a form that clearly could have been emailed or faxed.  I absolutely did not call the staff person a name as I walked out in disquest after being told that they had just billed me and would be billing me again.   this orange theory is not only offering poor service and unfair practices,the manager is a liar and in my opinion a thief
