April 7th-I misjudged and hit a dumpster at the car wash--mind you I never had a accident or "HIT" anythingI was totally upset about this on my Hydunai Sonatta cldthe 34th st location-Melissa receptvery nice put me thru to Chuck Swho was excellent and very cordial Made me somewhat betterWe talked and when we met he told me all what was to happen and get fixed and timeAt the meeting w/Chuck he made me feel more at ease that accidents DO happen and not to worry.My car came back excellent- I was very happy w/this whole experience-yes I did get a rentalyes I would totally recommend this experienceAlso Cliff S-Serv.Mgr has been very helpful, over the yrs w/my car services

cld. the 34th st location-Melissa recept. very nice put me thru to Chuck S. who was excellent and very cordial. Made me somewhat better. We talked and when we met he told me all what was to happen and get fixed and time.. They were wonderful. They gave me an estimate and I had my car repaired in a timely manner. I had checked somewhere else and the price, what they wanted to do and wanted to keep my car 4 days and rent me car and replace the bumper with one from another car.
Crown did not have to replace the bumper and I waited for three hours and my car was repaired.
It was the best service I had ever received.
