Crown Auto Sales

The car company (Crown Auto Sales) allowed me to leave the car lot with a car (ford fusion) under a contractThe contract for the car states the car was financedBut 1/weeks later the car was towed from a public parking lot because they said the financing was no longer available and
I was no longer approved for the carThe company refuses to refund my moneySo now Crown auto sales has my car and my down paymentAnd the car lot also sold me car insurance that I later found was fake!

First I would like to state that here at Crown Auto Sales we take pride in long term relationships with our customers.On 3/29/*** *** purchased a Jeep Grand CherokeeA week or so after the purchase Mr*** said that he noticed what he believed was a leak coming from somewhere
underneath the vehiclehe brought the vehicle to the lot where we had our mechanic at the time look at it and did not notice any leakWe advised him to take the vehicle to a mechanic to get a second opinionFor several months there was no communication with the customer and on 10/28/Mr*** had contacted us again stating that the vehicle was no longer runningHe asked us if we could fix his car at our customer's discounted rate, and he brought the car to our dealership, we advised him to take his car to an engine certified mechanic, because the car problem was an engine related problemAfter a few days Mr*** came to our dealership with tow truck and took his car to a repair shop to get it serviced while he seemed to understand that repairing his car was his responsibility since he did not purchase a warranty with his car Sincerely,Crown Auto Sales
