Hi , this response is in regards the vehicle was purchesed last year in June Obviously the vehicle did passed emissions since you run it and if it wasn't passing emissions you had the right in business days to contact us and deliver the vehicle to us so we can take action and fix it for you Another think is that in a period of year you should have run emissions time not times since is required by law to run it time a year only ! The vehicle was sold as is with extended warranty for engine, transmission and AWD system .Unfortunately we cannot cover anything beside the emission in case of failing in the first business days Thank you , Roger

for you . Another think is that in a period of 1 year you should have run emissions 1 time not 2 times since is required by law to run it 1 time a year only ! The vehicle was sold as is with extended warranty for engine, transmission and AWD system .Unfortunately we cannot cover anything beside the emission in case of failing in the first 3 business days Thank you , Roger
