This complaint is about a water leak incident occurred on a unit at Gentry Courts Community in Antioch, CA, managed by HMC (Homeowners Management Co., LLC) on 12/16/On 12/16/2016, a leak occurred at the property located at [redacted] ***By common perspectives of HOA (Home Owners Association) functionality, this issue of water leak underground should be covered and taken care as common issues of the communityIt appeared to be the case in the beginning until 1/23/when HOA sent out a letter to the units owners citing from the CC&R and stating “it has been clearly determined that the subject repair is the homeowner’s responsibility of the owners at Hampton Lane”Since I am the owner of Hampton Lane unit, the responsible party from that letter was on my neighbor next doorHowever a year later on 1/23/without any contact or communications in between, this HOA management company under a new manager issued a new letter which drew a “new
