Review: Approximately 8 years ago I sent 3 of my family** antique and priceless [redacted] to [redacted] at C.R.O.W. Inc. and HJS Design for repair. Along with the damaged [redacted] I submitted a deposit for completion of the repair. Each of these [redacted] were family heirlooms passed down from my grandmother to my father and one of the [redacted] sent for repair predated the rise of the Berlin wall. I've reached out to [redacted] and C.R.O.W. multiple times via phone and email over the years requesting a repair status, completion date, refund, and return of my repaired or broken [redacted] in whatever state they are in. I would receive sporadic responses from [redacted] stating that the [redacted] would ship out soon, apologies for the delay, supplies aren't available, etc. Other times I wouldn't receive any response at all and I've yet to receive my [redacted] repaired or in submitted condition nor a refund from [redacted] and C.R.O.W. I am hoping that the Revdex.com can help me rectify this situation and assist me in retrieving my family** property. If anything I hope nobody else receives this type of treatment or for lack of a better word scamming.Desired Settlement: Refund of deposit and Return of my family[redacted] in repaired or original form.
