And the notice also stated an $ *** amount
This organization refuses to acknowledge holidays and banking situations due to the holidays and I want this fee removed due to this holiday schedule as the 1st was actually a Sunday and banks were closedsaturday and Monday
I don't think is too much to ask is a little professiona courtesy and common sense in matters such as this
