I have contacted Mrs [redacted] to settle this matter

5/28/spoke to Mrs*** (owner) and was quoted a price including shipping cost for sausage links($each totaling $225.00) shipping cost U.SPost Office Flat Rate Shipping boxes ($each totaling $60.00)6/6/paid owners son (***) $using a Visa over the telephone, was promised a receipt by email never received6/15/received one box postage total $6/16/received another box postage total $18.75, between both boxes a total of sausage were received6/17/16, 6/18/16, 6/19/left messages for the owner no response regarding refund of excess shipping fee charged6/21/sent detailed email and proof of shipping fee to email address found online, no response6/25/called and owner picked up the telephone I explained the situation and asked for a $refund for excess shipping fee charged, she said no problem I'm out of town will call you tomorrow and get your credit card number and credit your account, still today (7/7/16) no response
