On December 7th I purchased a spiritual related product from Jerald White the business owner. I have contacted the business multiple times and he continuously promised to put it in the mail. Now in February he is ignoring my requests for the product to be sent to me.
I was not ignoring the correspondence. Our business had became backlogged and I had caught a strong flu.
Shipment of Miss U product was delayed due to some components being hard to come by and my own personal illness.
It has since been shipped with additional items as compensation for the delay.
