future. If necessary, we can provide a full and detailed response to this complaint, that details the customers threats of "escalation" and heavy handed approach towards trying to save himself moneyHis treatment of our employees was reprehensible, and we consider our interaction with him concluded since he accepted payment after this was submitted.
