Review: I placed an order by phone for a finished Pioneer Night Stand w/drawer for $119 and the gentleman answering the phone said he didn't have one on hand. I asked if he would have time to make one in time for Christmas and he told me yes, so I stopped searching for one in the stores. I didn't want to nag, so I waited until today (Dec. 24) and placed a phone call. The first time I called from my work phone no one answered it at 8:30 a.m. I tried again at 10 a.m. from my cell phone and the gentleman answered. I said who I was and that I was inquiring about my order. I heard a lot of background noise and he never spoke again beyond the "hello" and after listening to a bunch of noise, the line went dead. I called a third and fourth time and my call went directly to voicemail, which I left a message. I then emailed him and no answer. In the afternoon I texted him (since his business phone was a cell phone), and said I just wanted to know if he intended to have the table available for me as it was a Christmas gift for my 16 year old daughter. Again, no reply. I think this is very poor customer service as he has a beautiful website with wonderful furniture. If he would at least reply to me and say it may be a little longer, that would have been nice, but to hang up on me and not reply to my voicemail, email and text is unthinkable.Desired Settlement: I would like the nightstand I ordered (pictured on his website).
