Made a reservation through Expedia first week 4/25-5/2/
*** wanted to extend at end of stayHe was given option to extend through us, but chose Expedia instead5/2-5/9/
Guest signed non-refundable stay policy at check in for second time for second
week/reservation 5/2-5/9/
Guest turned in a bath mat to myself in which was so severely damaged it had to be tossed*** signed the policy of damaged linen and he was charged $
Never refused exchange was told to bring them down in a bagHe refused and said it was housekeeping’s job to do this and he wouldn’t bring them downHe was told this would be his choice to not get new linenHe didn’t get service because he checked out on the 7th day (when service is scheduled) and checked back in to a different reservation same day, he didn’t extend
Guest came in and checked into the new reservation on the 2nd of May, but then came in 24hrs later on the 3rd of May asking to check outHe had already checked in to this room and it was a day later so, cancelling wasn’t an optionCancellations are for guests with future reservations and they can cancel up to 6pm the day of arrivalYou can’t cancel something you are checked into and already staying
*** signed upon arrival that stays are non-refundable once paid and checked inHe agreed and proceeded to check in
$was charged after check out due to linen missing from the guests rooms@ bath towels, mat, and wash cloth
*** reported that he had items missing from his vehicleI recommended making a report to the Salem Police to document the items lost and then informed him provide a copy to report to corporateIt was several days later that he came in and asked about the reportI asked if he reported it and he said noI informed him I needed a police report and he informed me that he left his doors unlocked and valuables out in viewI told him we are not responsible for valuables left out or doors unlockedHe demanded payment out of my till right there and I told him I could not do so
