I am responding to complaint ID [redacted] made by [redacted] [redacted] was a member for about a yearRecently she was informed we were terminating her membership due to her constant gossip and negativityShe was becoming a problem with a large majority of our members and it was in the best interest of our business to ask her kindly to find a new place to workoutShe was offended and started slandering our business on social media as well as writing a very malicious review on YelpI contacted the administration at Yelp and they have since removed her reviewI stand firmly against all of her allegations as they are purely driven by angerShe has accused my partner [redacted] of sexual harassment which we are taking very seriouslyShe never reported anything to me or the police and continued to be a member for months after the alleged incidence, further indicating her allegations are falseI will be more than willing to discuss this matter to whichever extent you find satisfyingWe are a new business and our reputation is important to usThank you for your time, please let me know if you need any other information,
