CrossFit PB

Review: CrossFit PB operates its business outside of its facility. They direct their gym members to perform many of their exercises in the alley outside of where the business is located. This is a safety issue because the gym members do not move out of the way when cars drive through the alley and they perform their exercises in the middle of the alley. Furthermore, the gym members are constantly running up and down the alley, their tends to be a lot of yelling, and frequently the gym members are lifting weights and dropping them in the alley. This is a nuisance and is disturbing for the residents who live here. The exercises should be performed inside of the facility and not in the alley. The business license was not granted for the entire alley so they should not be allowed to conduct business in the alley outside of their facility or throughout the entire alley block.Desired Settlement: Stop conducting business in the alley and keep your gym members inside of your facility. Keep the noise down as well.

We apologize and will continue to conduct our business in our facility as we do nearly 100% of the time. We will also not have our athletes use weight in the alley going forward. This happens very infrequently, and we are very sorry that this inconvenienced you on one of these days. We do have athletes run as running outside is a very common thing in San Diego, and Pacific Beach. The loud noise is all conducted inside our facility and does not effect any of the local houses. All noise is conducted during standard business hours, not terribly early or late at night. We do sincerely apologize. Once again, we are very sorry to hear this complaint and we will continue to do everything we can to make the North Pacific Beach better.
