Crossfit Bartlett

CrossFit Bartlett continues to send excessive unwanted emails despite being asked via email/ phone to remove me from any distribution/contact lists.I attended a classes at CrossFit Bartlett in August of 2013 for 2 weeks while on a work trip to [redacted] I communicated with CrossFit Bartlett via email before attending in order to coordinate class times/ pricing/ location, etc. After attending the classes, I returned to my home, at the time I was living in [redacted] After attending their classes, I was placed on their email distribution list and started receiving email promotions. I replied and asked to be taken off the list, since I did not live nearby and would not be returning to [redacted] The owner responded and assured me I would be removed. The emails stopped for a couple months, but then by 2014, they resumed at a pace of ~7/month. I have repeatedly asked them to stop emailing me, both by email and by calling them. Every time I am assured I will be removed but then the harassment continues.Desired SettlementI would like CrossFit Bartlett to stop contacting me.
