Review: I requested a refund from CS-N 2 weeks ago for the cost of my subscription and have not received it. I have detailed my entire frustrating experience with them below.

4/3/15 - I subscribed to CS-N

6/1/15 - I inquired about the subscription and was told my address was incorrect and that replacement magazine would be mailed immediately. This was not true because the address on my confirmation from 4/3/15 was complete and correct.

6/11/15 - Still had not received magazine. Requested a refund.

On or about 6/18/15 - Received first issue (post marked June 16th, after my refund request). At this point I did not want the magazine, just the refund.

6/25/15 - Followed up about the refund requested 2 weeks earlier. Was told a second refund request was made earlier that week and that they were waiting to hear back from their finance department.

6/30/15 - Tried of waiting. Filed complaint with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like an EXPEDITED refund of my full subscription cost. I received one issue of the magazine but it was mailed AFTER I requested a refund.
