Review: Because I regularly use the [redacted], I signed up for their loyalty rewards account on 5/30/15. Their website advertises that with the loyalty card, select ferries that run on the weekends are eligible for a discounted price (instead of the regular $55) by applying the coupon code at checkout. I have logged into my account to purchase my tickets, but each time the codes show up as invalid and I am forced to pay full price. When I called to get adjustment in billing, I was told there is nothing that can be done and I should have called a live person. First, it is more convenient to buy online and no where on website does it state that you must call. Second, it takes too long to contact a live person, and it must be done during business hrs. I had purchased my tickets online at night. Simply, the adverised discount coupon codes online do not work and show up as invalid and you are billed at full price anyway.Desired Settlement: For the hassle given to me, told by a cust service rep on 6/10 that "I did not know what I was doing", I would like credit for all my weekend trips during month of May. 5/9, 5/16, 5/24, 5/30, and 6/6. My rewards number is [redacted]. I used my [redacted] card ending in [redacted] in all but one trip. The fifth trip I payed cash, reservation number [redacted].
