Complaint # [redacted] was sent to a collection agency for non payment of services rendered. The dates of service go back to 2013.After several letters,  and missed payments of the unpaid balance, we had no choice but to turn it over to a collection agency, on 7/21/15 ,total due on the account...

was $369.50, outstanding since  befote 11/15/2013. The insurance company paid their portion.#[redacted] made a payment 8/5/15,10/5/15,and 11/3/15 to our office. By this time the account was ready for transfer to Transwrold Systems, and handled by them and out of the office. The current balance as of 1/23/16 is $244.50. According to Transworld systems, # [redacted] will continue to receive reminder calls until this debt is paid. Complaint# [redacted], always corresponded with us through  her email.
