Cross Lake

The landlord has knowledge of repairs needing attention as stated on the condition form. However, after a month and a half, many of the repairs are still in need of being fixed. Some repairs that need attention are: holes in the wall, missing light bulbs, carpet separating from the floor, a leak from the garbage disposal, damaged house numbers, lack of weather stripping for the front door, and a damaged step in the basement. Repairs such as the holes in the wall and replacing needed light bulbs were supposed to taken care of on December 8th. However, when the landlord arrived, she did not take of these repairs. When I asked her when we could expect her to come back and take care of them she could not give me a straight answer. She began to yell and wag her finger at me. She also told me to stop talking and be quiet. The landlord has canceled on several other occasions and has hung up on my roommate and I during the middle of phone conversations discussing possible solutions.
