Review: A few months ago I visited the kicxunlimited shop in and was mildly impressed. The prices are high the product is eh so obviously I didn't buy anything but I did notice they had flyers advertising they did restorations. I happen to have had my [redacted] in my trunk and they needed a sole re glue (as they are from the 90s) I paid for a re glue, the employee wrote me up a receipt took my shoes and money and that's when the headache started. I wrote them a week or so ago checking the status of my shoes and they basically told me the guy who did restorations for them is no longer affiliated with kicxunlimited that he has my money and shoes not mithem and basically it's up to me to find my shoes. They gave me the guys phone number and surprisingly we were in contact for a few days and he assured me he would get me my shoes, I have now been stood up twice and now he flat won't return my calls or texts. Kicxunlimited is taking absolutely no responsibility for any of this although they took my shoes and money never told me it was a third party transaction and even if it was shouldnt they be inclined to make this right? I advise any asneakerhead that read this to PLEASE take your business elsewhere, take the trip to sole supremacy in Newark or visit their site!!!! Don't get played buy these wannabes at kixcs!!!!Desired Settlement: I need either my shoes returned or the same shoe in equal condition.
