The consumer was given an estimate for the cost of the material plus an hourly labor rate.  She made several changes from the original work that we had agreed upon and this added to both the cost of the materials and the labor. Without notice I received an email from Home Advisor, that we were...

not to go back to this job.  We were not given the opportunity to address any of these concerns.  The consumer did not pay for the remainder of the materials or the labor that was put into this job and our company lost several thousand dollars on the project.  I have kept detailed records on this project and can supply receipts for material and time records if needed.
