On behalf of our entire team, we are very sorry that Mr. [redacted] delivery expectations were not met and that he has experienced poor communication from our office.
I have personally spoken with Mr. [redacted]  today and reassured him that his shipment is in...

transit.  In addition, our dispatcher will reconfirm an updated delivery window and will advise where his shipment is in the offloading queue.  
Once Mr. [redacted] delivery has been completed, I will follow up with a compensation settlement for any outstanding issues and delay beyond the promised delivery date.
 
Our company takes all complaints very seriously and will make internal adjustments to provide better service going forward.

The Business contacted me via phone from their customer service representative.  They apologized on the phone but have still not resolved the issue or finished the job for which I paid almost $3700.  The dispatcher has not confirmed a delivery date or communicated where I am in the offloading queue.  I'm disappointed the business is requesting resolution already, before taking action to finish the job and before communicating any specifics regarding a mentioned compensation settlement.
