I have the exact time of check in on my phone I took a screen shot of both times and of the call I made through [redacted] If you will look on website which I have a picture of as well, it does not list what she is saying to be true. We did not stay in the room for that amount of time. We left to go look for another hotel. We did not use any thing in the room. We called to have the tv looked at because the remote did not work. We asked about the wifi and he said that we had to call through the phone to get it hooked up. This is a matter of Fair Business and we were treated unfairly and with no regards to what is true. check in room was clean wifi was good and tv was working but she need refund thatswhy she check outwe was busy that day and nobody complain about room and internetwe have all rooms are non-smoking so nobody smoke inside the roomwe have all information online about rooms, penalty and parking toowe have all rooms are upstairsand every hotels has different policyour policy is houre priority chepolicyAnd she stay here 2-houre and she used everything in room and she messed everything thats why we don't rent room again thats reason we don't gave to her refund
