Crocodile Wear

On January 15, 2020, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from crocodilewear.com. As of today, February 28, I have not received any of the shoes I purchased over a month ago.

On February 3, I was emailed by someone who said due to logistical issues at their main distribution center, my order was delayed. They also mentioned they expected their operations to resume by February 12th. That email to me was only sent a few weeks after I submitted my order.

I responded since then and have since been asking for updates, one of my last emails I inquired about the status of my order with no response to date.

It has been 11 days since their last email when they said they would email me again when my order has been shipped. I have not receieved any email notification that my order was shipped.

Today, I asked the website for a refund and I am still waiting for their response.
