Critter Control of Madison

Review: I paid to have bees removed. Critter control came to my home, I was not home, and said they removed and dusted for bees. The next day there were still many bees coming and going from very specific area I had clearly told them about. I spoke to Todd who said give it a couple days, I gave it a week and called back due to bees still active. Critter control said they would come back and resolve the issue. They never did. I called at least three times in a three week period and they continued to say they would come but have never shown up or called to say they weren't coming. I called one last time yesterday without any response.Desired Settlement: Money back or resolve issue.

Was told they would take care of our issue the same day or next day - two weeks later no one has shown up and they have not returned any phone calls for follow-up.
