Critter Control of Grand Rapids

Due to a lot of mice in my attic, Critter Control did extensive work from removing all the insulation, sanitizing, sealing , and putting new insulation back in in my attic. Every crew member was courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I had a critter chewing through my kitchen door from the basement. I was terrified! Don arrived, checked out the basement to find the hiding critter, explained how the squirrel might have entered the house, and set live traps. Just a few hours later, the squirrel was safely captured and I had a huge sense of relief. I was given suggestions of how to prevent more critters from entering my house, and I am very grateful! Don obviously knows his business, and that is comforting to someone who doesn't want outdoor animals indoors! Thank you for great service!

I was extremely pleased with the professional service I received in capturing five woodchucks in my suburban backyard. (I thought there was only one!) Josh, from Critter Control, daily attended the live traps until it appeared there were no more critters. He said to call (within a reasonable length of time, I'm sure) if I spotted any more after he left. Critter control exceeded my expectations and Josh was a very pleasant person to do business with.

Critter Control came fairly quickly to check out the strange scratching sounds that we were hearing at night in the eves. Josh was very through with the house an checking every inch of the roof and sounding areas that would allow a "critter"in to the area we are hearing sounds.

We've had some mice entering our basement. *** inspected our basement and our house's exterior for the entry site. He located it, filled it with copper mesh and caulked it. I appreciated his patience in answering my questions, his thorough explanations of possible entry sites and how to eliminate them.
