I did talk to the technician regarding your complaint and concerns and pulled information regarding service that was performedI first want to apologize for no response to your letterI did not receive that letter for some reason and would have certainly addressed your concerns at that time if I
hadIt looks like Anthony did go out and perform an inspection and provided you with an estimate to take care of your problemAt that time you only approved a small portion of that estimate to perform a foundation seal in the amount of $which was completed and paid at that time on 9/28/When the office received a call in December that you were still having problems, Anthony was contacted and sent out to complete an inspection of the repairs that were completed by our repair techniciansHis findings were that gaps had been missed and that those gaps would be taken care ofThen at that time you were told that we could not fix those gaps in the foundation due to deteriation and would need more extensive repair by some elseIt seems at that time you were upset because that had not been pointed out to you by Anthony on initial inspection or by the repair techs at time of repair work being performedI do understand your concern and at this point I feel it would be fair to refund your $because your expectations were not met and you should have been informed from the beginning, especially since it could have determined whether you wanted to go ahead with any work at allI do apologize again for your inconvenience and the lack of communication from our companies representativesI would feel the same way if I were in your shoesI have put a check in the mail today in the amount of $for the payment you had made to usPlease feel free to contact me directly if you have any other questions or concerns.Diane E***/Administrator
