Review: Paid $795.00 on 1/29/16 (work order: [redacted]) to Lee S[redacted] via credit card. Lee came and set 4 traps with peanut butter in attic and 1 in garage but did not render services paid for. Critter control was supposed to "screen all lower vents with pest proof screen 6 total seal all corners of J channel, seal all soffit junction between garage and home" Have at least 20 attempts at contact, voicemails left. Lee finally called back 4/15/16 saying he would try to come out that weekend. 4/17/16 received a call from "Justin" saying our home and name were not in the system, but that he would be over. He never showed. Continued calling with voicemails left. Today I got ahold of the very helpful district manager (Brandon T[redacted]) who said that franchise doesn't exist anymore and they are a different company right now (TruTech) so are not honoring the contracts but also mentioned [redacted] will be changed to Critter Control in a year. If you call Lee's number it still says critter control on the voicemail. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund $785 of the $795 to contain cost of mouse traps used by company.
