We have lived in a Critchlow home since late The closing process and home walkthrough were smoothWe did not experience any issues and all the small fixes were completed in a reasonable timeIf something was not done to our satisfaction, the builder had the contractor come back and make it right The home quality is excellent and we have had no issues at allWe had two trees die in our front yard and the builder was kind enough to replace them with very expensive beautiful Alpine Hemlocks making the yard look great againThe builder makes rounds on his new construction sites so you can put a face to the nameHis foreman and staff are also very personable and helpfulFor a small local builder, they do great work and take pride in their homes
