I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com 7/6/16, complaint # ID [redacted]. I was notified a couple of days ago by Critchlow and I was credited the entire amount I was requesting. I would like to withdrawal my complaint against their company. Thank you for you assistance.

Review: Used Critchlow for repair work on my John Deer tractor. Tractor need muffler/exhaust work. Permission was given to go over entire tractor and make any necessary repairs. Picked tractor upon June 24th and payed the bill for $373.11. The work completed was for the original requested along with an air filter kit and a deck belt. After 15 minutes of use cutting grass the belt popped off with a burning smell and the deck was not sitting level. Returned the tractor for repair. On July 7th arrived to pick up the tractor and I received a bill for 96.09. The cost was for labor, screw, bolts and a belt. I questioned the cashier who had me talk with the mechanic. The mechanic showed me what he felt caused the problem a missing nut or bolt. I explained to him the mowing deck work perfectly fine until he changed the belt and permission was given to go over the tractor to make it right. Which clearly was not done. The tractor broke after 15 minutes of use. I told him I should not be charged for incompetent work twice. Mechanic told me he made the proper repair. After we each exchanged words back and forth on the repair cost employee "squared up" to me and called me a " [redacted] and told me to go and pay my bill.Desired Settlement: Should not be required to pay the same repair twice due to the work not being completed properly.
