The epitome of a greasy used car dealership. Cutting corners wherever possible, trying to screw you over to make an extra buck.
Buyer beware!
- They use family members to 'certify' the safety inspection on their cars.
- At least $5,000 in safety related issues were NOT identified by their 'mechanic' - but later identified by a certified BMW master technician.
- Any 'fix' they do for you is the cheap / half as version of a fix, which does not last more than a couple months (seat leather patch has worn off after 2,000km on the car and they refuse to fix the issue).
- Overall a horrible experience, stressful and leaves you with a really bad taste in your mouth.
Now $4,000 later, the car is up to a safe standard.

Our mechanic believes that the Kilometers on the car have been changedNow the engine light is on, my mechanic reset the engine light and said "if this engine light comes on again you have major problems and it would not be worth fixing" [redacted] When you complain they do not do anything about it, they brush you aside, or never answer their phone or never call you backI would NEVER recommend ANYONE to buy a car from here
We just purchased a [redacted] from Cristal Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professionalThey were always available to answer questions and remained that way even after we drove the car off the lotWe will definitely purchase another vehicle from Cristal and I will recommend them to friends and family!
