I hired Robinson Painting to paint the interior of my home in October 2015, which was also inclusive of some wallpaper removalThey were here on time every day, cleaned up every day, did not damage anything in my home and did everything they stated they would do in a timely manner They even went above and beyond by hanging two new light fixtures for me Should I ever need any other painting done, I would hire them again Their work is beautiful and they can also assist in recommending a color palette
Cricket is the worst ever!!!!....I have had bad customer service experience before but never bad enough to were I felt that it was necessary to leave a review...It wasn't just the worst cell phone provider, it was the worst business I've ever dealt with...They don't believe in customer service...they sell defective phones...and try to tell you anything to keep you from returning it...they actually had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't return a phone. I purchased it on Oct 30, 2014 and tried to return it on November 6,2014 and told me that I could not return it because it was my 8th day and they have a 7 day policy...Last time I recall Thursday to Thursday is 7 days...They tried nothing to help me....no troubleshooting the phone...they simple scrolled through the phone and gave it back to me and said that there was nothing they could do...I have video to proof that...If you're thinking Cricket don't do it.
Review: I have an account with them,yesterday I tried to buy a new phone but they refused to give me price the tag said for an upgrade saying that was a printing mistake in all tags and they can't give the phone in that price(Htc Desire 510)$74.99. I spoke with the [redacted] and also customer service by phone. By the way I have a picture of the tag.Desired Settlement: I want the phone for the price the tag said

Review: I purchased a cell phone at the Cricket store located in [redacted] Cricket has a 7 day no questions asked return policy which I reconfirmed in person when I purchased the phone, via Cricket online, and via telephone with their headquarters. When I tried to return the phone 6 days after purchase the store personnel not only refused to take it back, but refused to speak to me at all, instead treating me rudely by yelling at me and my grown son in a threatening manner, yelling at the Cricket customer service representative I called for assistance while in the store and in general was abusive. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Cricket customer service overseas and their corporate headquarters in [redacted] to no avail. In addition to refusing to refund my money, I realized belatedly that the Cricket store had charged me for a new phone but sold me a demo at full price, charged both an activation fee although this was not a new account transaction - all it entailed was switching the sim card to the new phone - and a new equipment upgrade fee both of which fees Cricket customer service said should not have been charged.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the phone for a full refund of my sales receipt for purchase of phone and services.Invoice: [redacted]Merchant ID:[redacted]July 8, 2014Sales Person [redacted]Tendered by [redacted]
