I had a flood in my apartment and this company came out very quickly and was able to get the water cleaned up in no timeThe staff was very knowledgeable and very professional, they had great attitudes and wanted to make sure the needs of the clean up were all metI will use the company again and would recommend them to any of my friends and family

The people at Amarillo Steam Team have always done a great job and made my carpets look brand new after a cleaningFrom scheduling the appointment to completing the job, these guys provide great customer service!
Professional but made promises they couldn't keepMy floors were supposed to take three days and took over a weekThere were multiple problems along the way and they even tried to get me to reschedule before the project started (I had this scheduled for a month and took the week off of work)The supervisor gave me vague advice to help with stains and it made the stains much worse, prolonging the projectI was told I would be compensated and I've been trying to get someone to tell me how much the compensation is so I know how I much I need to pay and I've been getting the run around for two months! I only have my quote in writing, no bills or anything!
