Provided Endoscopy anesthesia over years ago and there was to be no cost according to my doctor separate for anesthesia
Did not hear from them for a year and then received a bill for $- more than all the other costs of the procedure
Company had asked me times to write on their behalf an appeal for my insurance companies to pay their outrageous fee Complained both times
Their appeal was denied twice Now they are billing me for $for some charge they cannot explain after years of waiting My insurance company will not consider this charge at this late date
CRH is sending monthly collection threats Every call to them falls on deaf ears They only want their money My endoscopy physician told me to NOT PAY IT as was included in original billing years ago
I am not going to be threatened into paying them $they are not entitled to
I am prepared to take them to small claims court
