Review: This company has charged my credit card twice on the same day, each for an amount of $29.00, one of which was an error. I have gone through a dispute process with [redacted] which also proved to be very unhelpful. The merchant was not able to provide me with documentation proving that both charges were properly authorized and yet the bank blatantly denied my claim.Desired Settlement: A refund of $29.00
