In regards to patient [redacted] he came into our office needing a bridge We offered him emergency same day treatment which he knew would be a lengthy visit where we would be building him into the schedule The appointment consisted of an extraction and prepping all three teeth 7- for the bridge as well as building them up The doctor was also required to do bone grafting once starting the procedure The assistances also took made a temporary bridge while the patient heals for six weeks All that remains is a final impression and the delivery of the bridge.As the office manager I explained this to the patient once I was able to identify him in our system as he email our office under another name This was the reason for the delayed responses I apologized to the patient if he didn't feel he got the same high quality care we provide all patient as invited him into our office for a free consultation to speak with our doctor to address his concerns He was unwilling to meet with the doctor and just demanded a refunded I expressed to him how it appeared that he had buyer's remorse and we could discuss this in person we could come up with a solution but he said he was just wanting refunded the work that was not completed which is just the final impression and delivery of the bridge but all the prepping of the teeth is complete
