Creteform Creative Concrete Solutions

Review: Company installed a poured concrete patio and walkway in August 2012. Terms of contract included a free re-application of sealant in 2013. I contacted Creteform in April 2013 to schedule the application of sealant. Twice I was given a time and date for the sealant application and twice they failed to show up. The most recent attempt was in September and I was told to clean the patio and that the sealant would be applied on a Friday. No crew showed up and sealant still has not been applied. Repeated calls since then have not been returned, and no explanation has been given as to why the service has not been done.Desired Settlement: Sealant is applied per terms of the contract.
