We received a call from Mr [redacted] on 1/4/asking us to return and repair the leak under the kitchen sinkWe dispatched [redacted] our service techand found that the drain tube piping had come apart and needed to be re-connected and tightenedWhile this may appear to be a part of the stopped up drain repair, made on 12/28/2016, the tubing was connected and the drain was tested for proper flow for several minutes, and all was determined be ok [redacted] explained to the customer that he was off due top the holiday, and only office personnel was working, and had no plumber to go and make this repairWe chose not to charge our customer, for good customer service
