Dear Ms [redacted] :Your complaint was forwarded to us by the Revdex.com I understand your concern is regarding the date you receive your statement We send out statements as close to 1st as possible Sometimes it may be a day or two after, depending on where the 1st falls However, I am surprised to hear that you were not receiving your statement until the 13th of the month Have you ever checked with your post office to see if there is an issue on that end? I do see on your account that you are now signed up for ebills Those are always sent out by the 2nd so I can’t see how you wouldn’t receive it Is there a different email address you would like us to use You might also check to make sure you have us as an approved sender and we are not going to your Spam folder. If there is anything else we can help with or you would like to discuss further please do not hesitate to give me a call.Thank you,
We send out the bills on the first of the month The bill is due on the 15th
I cancelled my service with Crestview in August and returned my router to their drop station in LaPine Oregon called Box Books and BS. I received a receipt when I returned the router. I got a bill the following month for the router I called crestview they said not to worry. I sent the receipt to them that I got when dropping the router off. I just got a bill from crestview that they were taking me to collections in 10 days for this router that I returned 2months ago and had a receipt to prove it. Boxed, books and BS also has a copy of this receipt!
My monthly due date is the 15thI've never received a bill from them until days before it's dueI always pay way before it's due because I pay online, but I thought switching to paperless billing would give me a better heads up since I have to budget a monthly paycheckEven when I don't have to wait for the bill in the mail, I still get the statement email just days before it's dueIsn't there a law that requires companies to send a bill at least days prior to the due date?
