broken cover over the front yard water system is obsolete needs to be fixed before the neighbors drive over it.

They came over, and said it was a Verizon hole, not a sewer.

Very unprofessional customer service and rude supervisor.
I called to get my services turned back on. The first lady was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. I called back and asked for the supervisor. I was left on hold for over 5 min before the supervisor finally picked up. She was very rude and unhelpful as well. Instead of helping me solve the issue at hand, she lectured me about responsibilities and paying bills. We're all human and over look things and she just continued to make me feel like a terrible person. When it came down to getting my water back on she told me something different than the first representative told me which resulted in me having to pay an additional fee over the phone (instead of being billed next month like the first woman had said.) Finally asked for an ETA to have water turned on and couldn't be given a straight answer. Unfortunately this is the only water service in my area and I'm forced to do business with people that cannot even help their customers l, but instead they make them feel like a piece of trash.
Obviously I will not be able to have anything resolved by the issue as they clearly cannot handle problems anyway. But I want it to be known how terrible of a company they are.
