I am responding to the complaint filed by *** ***He had given me a deposit of $to do the repair on the townhouseI went out to inspect the repairIt’s in the corner of a story buildingI told him we’d have to remove and replace the corner piece and then each of the vinyl pieces
would need to be put back in, they all interlockThis was going to be a very costly and timely repairI quoted him a price of $I also sent over of my guys to look at the jobHe decided he didn’t want to proceed with the job and wanted his $backI told him I’d split it with him and he agreed I think that’s fair, for my time and for the time the other guys were sent over thereI am going to send him a check for $
