I have told you all this previously and as for as I can see it is fairly simple to follow the factsI booked a room through Ebookers for a night stay at Cresthill Suites for 24th July I paid for the room some months prior to our stay and requested a late check inThe room I booked was to have double beds inEbookers recieved conformation emails from the hotel of this bookingI received confirmation from Ebookers of this bookingWe arrived at the hotel at about midnight of the 24th July We where told that no booking was on record and that no booking under our name had shown up on a search the night staff made on the hotels computerWe provided the hotel staff with the confirmation letter we had received from Ebookers along with credit card statements showing the paymentThe hotel staff where not at all helpful and just kept saying that we did not have a bookingThe hotel staff told us that the hotel was full apart for room that only had bed and if we wanted it we would have to pay againDue to the lateness of the day and the fact we had been travelling for hours, we felt that we had no option but to pay again and deal with it in the morningThe room we attempted to sleep in only had bed and no extra blankets or pillows for people.13.The following morning we again showed all relevant documentation to the staff on duty and requested a refund, again we where told that there had never been a bookingOn 26th July I informed Ebookers about what happened and received emails from them saying that it was being dealt withI did not get any money back at all for the original booking madeEbookers have not refunded me any moneyEbookers where not at fault here, Cresthill Suites are the only ones at faultThey took money for a room that we didn't get and I want my money back for this bookingI have received a refund on the 6th Sep for the unsuitable room we spent the night in from the hotelWe would think that the hotel would take in the facts and conclude that we deserve some sort of compensation for the way we where treated throughout our experience with them, on the night of the booking and since
