As the new owner of this Canadian Tire store, as of weeks ago, I have reached out to the team at Canadian Tire head office to help dig into this oneI spoke with my management team here at the store and nobody was able to recall anything
specific in relation to this issueWe also have an outside company that assists with customers installs - so I have also reached out to that team as well to see if they can dig up any infoThey have confirmed with me that they will be reaching out to the customer directly to resolve the issue over the next day
I will let you know if I hear anything elseHowever I am sure we can get this customer looked after - as it sounds like an easy one to fix
