Review: After my paying them $209.99 for security and computer service, they did not answer my calls or e-mails. I am in the process of changing our VISA card numbers because I used my card to pay for their (non-existent) services. I suspect they still have access to my computer or may have introduced a virus or malware of some kind....?

I hope that some authority will stop them from continuing their fraudulent practices with other unsuspecting and vulnerable persons who do not have much knowledge about the new and complex computers......people like me. I would also like to have a refund of the money they took from my credit card account.
