So I come to the restaurant to order food this is my second time my first time was pleasant this time was the worst I would never recommend anyone not even myself to return it took me almost an hour to finally get the cooks attention the cook was alone granted when I Came in they seemed understaffed so I waited until the cook acknowledged me for some reason the cook believed that he told me to wait this was after the fact when I felt disrespected I had waited a good five minutes before he spoke to me my issue is not The food it's the cook when he's under pressure when he has three orders he can't turn his back around and tell his customers wait unfortunately I felt like he didn't want to say anything until he finished his tasks and that is very bad customer service I don't deal with that type of *** so I left the restaurant called themTo place an order each time I called the cook answer and told me to wait so I waited Meanwhile the clock is ticking and I've already driven away from the restaurant I turn around and decide that yes I am going to get my mail so I go back to the restaurant and this time he does the same thing so I acknowledge him yet again he's disrespectful and combative I asked a nearby customer
Why is he so disrespectful to his customers and they laughed So I decide to sit down and wait little bit longer before another customer comes in This guy wanted to take my place in line because they wanted to move on with new orders and when I approach to cook for the fourth time why was the cook so combative so disrespectful is so annoying but I asked them anyway Immediately to cook wanted to argue and decided to argue with a customer I decided to discuss my report review this is the worst day he could have chosen to be rude to a customer I don't care if you have seven orders in front of me you will say hello when I walk in the door or I will feel disrespected I come to this establishment to spend my money eat a nice meal that I have had before Didn't think too much after that but now after my experience I would say that the manager needs to Fire that guyIn my honest opinion no one should ever talk to a customer like that
