I contracted them to cremate my mother after her death, hew jewelry came up missing.
I contracted them to cremate my mother after her death in October, and informed them she had two very important pieces of jewelry on ( a gold cross that is a family airloom, and a heart with a peridot and my grandmothers ashes. They promised me that I would get those back. When I picked up her remains and belongings they had returned the chains that the two items were on but the cross, and the pendant containing my grandmother were gone. To this date their insurnace company has been no help. The coroner did verify that they have photos of my mothers body with these items on her person.
I would like to be compensated for the loss of my grandmothers ashes and the value of the (what I believe to be stolen) items.
This situation has been resolved and in my last conversation with the consumer, she indicated she would recommend our services to others. Her concerns were in need of being addressed and once they were, she is satisfied.
Called the consumer who confirmed that the matter has been resolved.
