We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused Mr [redacted] We take all complaints very seriously We routinely work with funeral trusts and rarely is this a quick process In order to process these claims a certified death certificate is required which can take several weeks, as well as working with the issuing bank to process the claim In Mr [redacted] ’s case we were working with a bank who has recently went thru a merger/consolidation and the amount of time it took them was much longer than usual The funds were released to the Cremation Society of Kansas And Missouri on February 17, 2017, and a check was immediately issued to Mr [redacted] for all remaining fundsIf we can be of any further assistance or answer any additional questions please let me knowThanks,Richard LW [redacted] Cremation Society of Kansas & Missouri
Has been resolved. Obviously they didn't respond to the Revdex.com within days. What help were you? I had to fight and argue through the lies and had no help. Thanks for nothing

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, it should be understood that, despite the bank-related delay, I was mislead in thinking that resolution would be in days, not months. The key to good customer service is to keep the customer informed and updated, particularly when there are delays. Otherwise, false promises are perceived as lies. Regards,
