I am rejecting this response because:*** only spoke to me, nothing was done to resolve this matter with me. There was time, emotions and money spent to pick up our father's remains at the appointment time that they set up. We do not know what happened and we know it was their fault that they failed. I want a full refund in this matter. My mother had to get a ride to pick up the ashes as they were fully aware of this. As she was waiting for the ashes to be delivered she was also waiting for a ride to the emergency room as she was having a kidney stone that was demanding to have attention. So she was in a lot of pain as she waited on them to show up. This company is playing games in hopes this will go away, guess again I kept everything and we did a lot in writing via email!!!! I want a full refund, if I would have known this company was so unprofessional I would have gone elsewhere

We spoke to the family involved with this complaint. I talk to the family and discussed with them the nature of what happened so that we could fully understand and effect changes that would assure that this would never happen again.The family was grateful for our response and was left assured that we had never intended anything other then to help, but do to unforeseen circumstances mistakes were made.We took full responsibility for what happened and they were glad to know we stood by our mistakes and our commitment to learn from them.We have talked to the family, resolved the situation and the family has reposed as satisfied with are response.
